  1. Head north on Hwy 101 from Langdale Ferry
  2. Follow signs to Sechelt/Powell River
  3. When you get to downtown Sechelt, TURN LEFT AT LIGHTS, ONTO WHARF STREET; sign says “Powell River Ferry”
  4. Continue on Hwy 101 then, (about 45-50 minutes from ferry) turn left onto Garden Bay Road at the Petro-Canada gas station.
  5. Make a slight right onto Irvines Landing Road (sort of, it’s more like straight through)
  6. Turn left onto Hotel Lake Road
  7. Turn right onto Sinclair Bay Road (at end of Hotel Lake)
  8. Look for Art Gallery and giant wooden gateway at entrance to Farrington Cove development
  9. We’re down at the waterfront in the townhouse complex – unit #4
